Moeding ekstrudering

Profiler

Selve produksjonsmetoden av de keramiske fasadeelementene kalles ekstrudering. Det betyr at leire presses ut gjennom et munnstykke i stål (vist i gult) som har utfrest den formen/profilen man ønsker seg til fasadeelementet. Moeding har over tid opparbeidet seg over 200 ulike profiler som man kan velge mellom, eller man kan tegne sin egen profil og få tilvirket et nytt munnstykke.

Moeding profiler

Moeding keramiske fasadeelementer fås i bredder fra 150-1000mm, og i lengder opp til 3000mm. Det mest benyttede- og prisgunstige formatet ligger gjerne på rundt +/- 400x1500mm. Enkelte format og lengder avhenger av valgt profil. Dette for å sikre tilstrekkelig brekkasjestyrke, vekt på elementene med hensyn til håndtering/montering samt opphengssystem.

Keramiske lameller, som gjerne benyttes foran vinduer for solskjerming eller som spiledekor, fås i samme utførelse som fasadeelementene. Lamellene kommer i formater fra 50x50mm og opp til 150x400mm, og i lengder opp til 3000mm.

Farger

Gjennomfarget terracotta har en organisk overflate med et naturlig uttrykk. Det er også mulig å få skreddersydd en egen terracotta fargenyanse. Last ned fargene i dwg-filer nederst på siden.

Glasert

Glaserte overflater fås i matt, standard eller glossy. Velg mellom eksisterende farger og spesialglasurer, eller få skreddersydd nye farger og spesialglasurer basert på NCS/RAL og/eller ønsket effekt.
